James Bond movies have long been a major event, a premiere attracted worldwide interest. However, Quantum of Solace trailer that premiered on the web 30th June turned out, the release film trailers can be a great event in itself.
Following on directly from Casino Royale, where Daniel Craig has brought the 007 franchise back to its roots, the first glimmer of Quantum of Solace shows more of the same. Gone are the witty one-liners surrounded by raised eyebrows and comes quite rough, tough action.
This does not mean humor is missing from the film completely, such as Casino Royale proved. It is only in re James Bond screenwriters have returned to a much more subtle humor and one that is ultimately more likely to raise a laugh.
It was announced by the manufacturers long ago that Quantum of Solace to pick up directly where Casino Royale left off, and is therefore not surprising to see the trial Mr White appears in the trailer.

All in all, the publication of this first trailer for Quantum of Solace shows that the film has enormous potential and may well live up to the standards of Casino Royale. We can expect another trailer leads to the release of the film, which is in the UK is currently scheduled for 31 October 2008.
